1. Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

✔ No Content Accessed: If you have purchased a digital or live course but have not gone through any content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

✔ Completed the Course but No Results:

Ignite Live - If by the end of the live program you have attended every live call, gone through all course materials, completed all exercises to the best of your ability, and followed all provided instructions, but still do not have a functional online business that can sell something you like, Paul will continue to help you until you achieve that milestone.

Ignite Mentored - If by the end of the live program you have attended at least 75% of the Live calls, completed all 1:1 mentored calls, gone through all course materials, completed all exercises to the best of your ability, and followed all provided instructions, but still do not have a functional online business that can sell something you like, Paul will continue to have 1:1 weekly calls with you until you do.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the following details:

Your full name and email address used at the time of purchase. Proof of non-access (if applicable) or proof of course completion and exercises completed. A brief explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations.

3. General Terms

Refund requests must be made within the eligible timeframe stated above. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval. Any refunds granted will result in the revocation of course access. Anyone who refunds a course or program may lose the ability to make future purchases.
