I guess this is the part where I brag about myself...

But before I do, I want to share where/what I came from so we don't make the mistake of thinking I was *always* successful. The photo on the left was taken in 2018 at an event called Awaken and was the first time I met Keala Kanae in person. That man has been a huge inspiration to me since I started this journey and without him, there's no question I wouldn't be in the place I am now.

Most of the time it takes someone seeing more in us than we see in ourselves for us to really believe we can make a difference. Keala was that guy for me. I first learned about digital marketing & freelance entrepreneurship in October 2017, never having considered anything like it before in my life. To be honest, I didn't even like people very much so communicating with them on a daily basis was one of the last things I would consider.

I started though because I saw the potential & what it could do for my life. I'm personally driven by creativity, collaboration, and learning because above all else, I want to grow. None of these were being done at my previous places of work in a way that challenged me, so I knew entrepreneurship definitely was for me.

My journey of transformation had officially begun

And it looked like a lot of failure. But it wasn't. Every time I had a business "fail", I learned a great deal from it. My first business was an affiliate marketing business that was so broad, it didn't know who it was actually marketing to. My second affiliate marketing business broke even financially, then the ad account got shut down and I learned a huge lesson in compliance...

The third business I started was a financially successful marketing agency, but it didn't work for me. For about 5 years I built funnels and ran Facebook ads for loan officers at a multi-million dollar mortgage company. The work was easy... I made a full time income... but it sucked the life from my soul. I'm fueled by creativity and that work didn't give it to me, so I let it die. That's when I learned the importance of following a passion.

Later on I actually started another marketing agency with a couple friends but after our first client, we ran into some creative differences & split up. From that one I learned the importance of vetting clients.
